Introducing… Ikenna

To you, Ikenna is probably another new kid on the block trying his luck with music and with high hopes to blow someday. This assumption couldn’t be further from the truth. The young creative has been making music for a minute now and is quite good at it.

Ikenna, 1/3 of STATIC, started out as a songwriter and vocalist for the group in secondary school, now the young artist is all grown up and has taken time out to focus on his music and refine his sound. Originally an RnB & Pop Artist, Ikenna has shifted drastically from the aforementioned  genres to Jazz/Funk music. Heavily inspired by Daft Punk’s Random Access Memories, “Night Sky” boasts amazing production, with catchy melodies and dramatic lyrics. These attributes all culminate into what is simply an amazing art form from the 19 year old. The song was written, produced, mixed and mastered by Ikenna. The song is a mood setter so make sure there is nothing distracting when giving it a first listen.
